Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returned in its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including customized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
